The basics of how estimates, scheduling and site use work.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ — for example wall construction, TV size, required hardware, or access. Any change is discussed with you before work continues.
Scheduling
Appointment times are confirmed only after the central calendar accepts the booking. If the calendar or dispatch handoff fails, the assistant tells you plainly that the appointment is not booked. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel.
Site access and conditions
You confirm you are authorized to allow drilling and installation at the address provided, including any landlord, HOA or building approvals. Please clear the work area before we arrive. We reserve the right to decline a mounting location we judge unsafe.
