How it works
A clear process from booking to final test
No guesswork and no fake confirmations — your appointment exists on the central calendar before we tell you it's booked.
1. Book through the assistant
Tell us your name, phone, email, service, address, city, job details, urgency and preferred date and time. The assistant checks the shared Dr. Handyman calendar and only confirms a slot that is genuinely open — if it is taken, it offers verified alternatives.
2. Pre-visit review
Your details go straight to Site 6 dispatch. We review TV size, mount type and wall construction so the right brackets, anchors and cable kits are loaded before the technician heads out.
3. Wall and fixture assessment
On arrival the technician scans for studs, conduit and plumbing, confirms the wall can carry the load, and agrees the final screen height and viewing angle with you before drilling.
4. Mounting and anchoring
Bracket is anchored with hardware rated for the wall type and screen weight, then leveled. Full-motion arms are range-tested against furniture and corners.
5. Cables, audio and devices
Power, HDMI and network runs are concealed in-wall or inside a paintable raceway. Soundbars are aligned, streaming devices and consoles connected, inputs labeled.
6. Test and clean-up
We power everything on, test each input with your remote, tighten and re-check the mount, and clean the work area before leaving.
